What is your minimum order?
Our wholesale order minimum is $100 after your 40% wholesale discount, which is approximately $165 in retail value.
How do I place an order?
To get started, we’ll need a valid reseller certificate on file for your business. Reach out to our team at Sales@ICKC.org, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the setup process.
How do I place purchases after a wholesale account has been made for my business?
Once your wholesale account is established, simply sign in using the email address associated with your account. Your wholesale pricing will automatically apply at checkout. If you don’t see your discount, contact us at Sales@ICKC.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on wholesale orders to all 50 states.
Do your products have UPCs?
Many of our core products do! Currently, our 6 oz. treat bags, Chicken Chips, Dental Chews, and Whitefish Cat Treats include UPCs.
Do you offer seasonal products?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of seasonal products throughout the year, including options for major holidays and sports seasons. Availability changes seasonally, so be sure to check back for what’s new!
How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment times vary based on product type, order quantity, and delivery location. Our team will be happy to provide an estimated timeline based on your specific order.
